Bribery scandal at Golden Globes Event

68th Golden Globes will be held at Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills,California,on January 16, 2011 night. However,the issue of bribery between the Golden Globe organizers with a number of production houses are still busy talking.
Michael Russell,a former public relations demanded the Golden Globe Hollywood Foreign Press Association,because it claimed to have received bribes for a number of celebrities or the production house was nominated and winner of the Golden Globes.Two of them,have made Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie as nominees in this event,which was considered not feasible.
The lawsuit claimed that the committee had abused his position in this event by accepting bribes, including accepting lavish vacations tickets,free lodging, luxury gifts,and other gifts given several production houses in lieu of certainty made in the award nominations.
Three days before the NBC play the annual event this Hollywood Russell HFPA demanding U.S. $ 2 million damage and breach of contract, defamation and bribery that occurred prior to the association and its partners Russell fired after the Golden Globes last year.
The demand has been entered into the court, but has not revealed the list of production houses or producers who have to bribe to be nominees or winners at the Golden Globes.
Statement from Ken Sunshine, Public Relations that held a Golden Globe this year, revealed that the allegations were not fundamental. "This is nothing more than cases that are not satisfied with the consulting firm of former clients, whose contract was not renewed. And, try to take advantage of the international arena once again the Golden Globe for their own benefit.
